Terms of Service

By creating an account or using SnapTogether, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use SnapTogether. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree NOT to:

• Upload illegal, obscene, or harmful content
• Use SnapTogether to harass or harm others
• Attempt to bypass security measures or rate limits
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Share event links publicly to collect photos from unauthorized sources

You retain full ownership of photos uploaded to SnapTogether. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and deliver your content as part of the service. We will never sell or use your photos for advertising.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload photos, particularly of other people (obtain consent where required by law).

• Free plan: 1 event, 50 photos, gallery available for 7 days from event date.
• Basic plan: ₹299 per event, 500 photos, gallery for 1 year.
• Pro plan: ₹1,999/month, unlimited events and photos, permanent galleries.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.

Free plan galleries expire 7 days after the event date. Expired galleries are deleted from our servers and cannot be recovered. Upgrade before expiry to preserve your gallery.

SnapTogether is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for loss of data, lost photos, or service interruptions. Our liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use of SnapTogether after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
